My expectations of the Team and the Company
Independence for the team on the game they are working on. Team is agile, collaborates well, is willing to try stuff while being able to change direction when things turn out to not work as expected. Team is passionate and aims high.
My desired tasks and responsibilities
Ideally my work days differ from each other a bit from time to time depending on what is the part of the game I'm focusing currently. But still, in the end most of the tasks are mainly about problem solving through analytical thinking, collaboration and communication with the team, creativity, experimentation, testing, validation and iteration. And also mathematical and logical problem solving. I love working on all the various aspects of design.
